The Promenade –A multi cuisine restaurant at Hotel Aditya Park, Ameerpet is organizing Telangana Ruchulu, a Telangana Food Festival starting from 01/06/17 till 10/06/17 during Dinner from 7 PM to 10:30 PM. to offer a delicious treat to the diners. The specially designed food festival is a delightful experience through the heartland of Telangana cuisine.

Master chef „Aditya Reddy.‟ has carefully crafted the menu to showcase the delicacies of this region and offer a rich food experience of. Aditya Park is not only know for local delicacies but also known for its Creativeness. Master Chef Aditya Reddy who has rich experience in regional and international cuisine would unfold the mystic recipes along with his team.

This 10 days food festival offers Dinner buffet (cyclic menu) on all days and special lunch buffet on Telangana state formation day including different varieties of authentic dishes from various parts of Telangana Region. One of the main purposes of this concept is to familiarize hyderabadi crowd with delectable Telangana dishes on the eve of Telangana formation day.

The menu offers a tempting array of delectable Vegetarian dishes & Non Vegetarian dishes such as Thuntikoora boti ,Thalkaya koora ,Naatu kodi koora ,Yaata Koora and many more in non veg dishes along with veg delicacies such as Bachala koora ,vankaya pulusu ,puntikoora chana dal ,papu charu and pachi pulusu and local breads such as jowar ki roti.

Your gastronomical jounery ends with desserts such as an array of special desserts such as pasham, Garijelu ,Rava Laddu, Bakshalu, Gavalu, Chakkara Pongal and many more are served along with variety of cakes and pastries. A special live counter is setup to serve delicacies from the regional cuisine along with fresh fruits.

Speaking on the occasion, “The food festival promises to delight customers with its uniqueness. The buffet is priced at at INR 650 plus taxes per person and the restaurant has been suitably done up with an ambience that brings the resemblances of the vibrant Suburb OF Telangana,” said Vasanth Kumar, F&B Manager, Aditya Park. Mr. Kumar also said it is a constant effort of Aditya Park to provide different cuisines to people of Hyderabad, by conducting several food festivals at Promenade, Aditya Park.
