Sangitanjaly Foundation, A nonprofit organization working towards promoting Indian Classical Music in association with Telangana Tourism has organised its annual Jhankar 2017 on Friday 4th August in Ravindra Bharathi Auditorium in aid of Children with Autism at Autism Ashram and with active support from Telangana Tourism, SBI & LIC , The Park ( Hospitality Partner), Monkstar Music ( Online Partner) , ACT Fibrenet ( Streaming Partner) & Fever 94.3 FM ( Radio Partner) & Telangana Chamber of Event Industry (TCEI) as Association Partner.

Like Yoga, Indian Music & Dance are also equally popular across the Continents. Jhankar is our humble effort to create a platform to showcase Indian Music & Dance, in a way that catches and encapsulates various genres, which has the Youth Connect.

The event featured for the first time together on one platform Shri Anup Jalota the Bhajan & Ghazal Samrat sung live verses from Ram Charitmanas and Mom Ganguly and her Troupe will perform in Mohiniattam Dance form.
They presented ‘The Ballads of Sree Rama’ a modern day tribute to the evergreen values of Shree Rama, his life and his rare deeds of humanity Perhaps for the first time in the history of Indian dance drama we have a rare opportunity to celebrate the iconic Tulsidas Ramayana in spectacular Mohiniyatam style – the eclectic dovetailing of north Indian Awadhi storytelling with the graceful rendering of south Indian Kerala dance format.They performed together for the first time on Friday 4th August 2017 at Ravindra Bharathi Auditorium, at 7 pm.
