MUMBAI: Mumbai hosted a fashion event bringing together a group of Bollywood and television personalities for the showcase of Birkenstock’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collection and its latest 1774 Collection.
Actors and television personalities including Varun Sood, Rithvik Dhanjani, Tanuj Virwani, Nauheed Cyrusi, Anshula Kapoor, Tanvi Thakkar, Mitaali Nag and Vinny Dhoopar attended the event.
The gathering combined a celebrity appearance with a presentation of the footwear brand’s latest offerings. Guests explored different styles from the Autumn/Winter collection as well as pieces from the 1774 range.
The event also featured the brand’s care essentials, giving visitors an opportunity to look at footwear along with products designed for maintenance and care.
The celebrity attendees interacted with the displays and were photographed exploring the new designs. Their appearances added an entertainment and fashion angle to the Mumbai showcase.
The Autumn/Winter 2026 collection reflects the continuing expansion of footwear as part of everyday fashion, with comfort-focused designs increasingly being paired with casual and contemporary outfits.
The 1774 Collection represents the brand’s more design-led approach, combining its established footwear identity with contemporary styling.
Mumbai remains one of India’s major centres for fashion, entertainment and celebrity events, and product showcases often bring together personalities from the film, television and fashion industries.
The latest event provided an opportunity for the brand to present its upcoming seasonal collections while also creating a platform for celebrity engagement.
For the participating personalities, the event offered a chance to experiment with footwear and styling choices outside traditional film premieres and red-carpet appearances.
The showcase is part of the wider fashion calendar in Mumbai, where international and Indian brands regularly use celebrity-led events to introduce new collections and connect with urban consumers.
