TJS fiesta is set to offer some fun workshops and fitness programs from 17th May, Friday to 19th May 2019, Sunday that are worth checking out on this weekend. Workshops like, Animal Flow, Keto diet workshop, Mixed Martial Arts, Kriya Yoga/ Detox Yoga, Aerobics and Functional training, Sound Healing, Semi Classical Kathak, Guitar workshop, Bollywood Dance, Contemporary Dance, Chess workshop, Internal and External Health, Know Yourself, Acting Workshop, FAD Diet workshop, Dream Catcher making workshop, Salsa Dance workshop, Hoola Hoop workshop, Standup comedy night by Comedy Ladder, Movie night and many more.
Sagar Shende, Founder Director of The Juhu Studio has around 15 years of experience in Yoga Training. He has been training the Mumbai Police for the last three and a half years. He explains, “The very thought of heading indoors and hopping on a treadmill or elliptical machine is downright depressing. But heading to workshops which is easy & fun and also doesn’t have to be of boredom if you have a novel methodology, a unique format, a fresh approach to reach your goals is always accepted.
