  • Reduce high spice based diet
  • Avoid foods and drinks that are high in sugar

  • Keeping hands clean – The main cause of stomach infections is poor hand hygiene, which is also a major factor in Covid prevention. Hands should be cleaned frequently.
  • Stay away from street food – Stay completely away from food available in street food stalls that are maintained without proper hygiene. Caution should be exercised in the case of street food as viruses and bacteria are the main causes of these diseases, mainly in foods sold openly on the road without proper lids.
  • It is very important to stay away from dirty water – especially young children can play in dirty water so care should be taken in this regard. If you have to go in rain water, make sure it covers the whole body from head to toe.
  • Consume only clean water – Consume only clean water regularly. This policy should be followed especially during the monsoon season. Also use only mineral water that is one hundred percent safe for the mouth. It is better to heat the water and use it.
  • Exercise – Taking proper diet and exercise and exercising on a daily basis can help increase immunity and prevent disease.

Experts say that especially during this monsoon season, children and children are exposed to such diseases by consuming unhygienic contaminated water and food. According to the World Health Organization, close to one million children are diagnosed with diarrhea and other illnesses each year.
