The Promenade –A multi cuisine restaurant at Hotel Aditya Park, Ameerpet is organizing Kerala Food Festival starting 21st to 23rd August, 2021 during Lunch and Dinner to offer a delicious treat to the diners. The specially designed food festival features traditional dishes from Kerala, will be served on a banana leaf.
Master Chef ‘Srinivas’ has carefully crafted the menu to showcase the delicacies offer a rich food experience. It’s a 3 days culinary journey from that takes you to delicacies across Gods Own Country. Master Chef Srinivas who has rich experience in regional cuisine will unfold the mystic recipes along with his team.
During the culinary tour of 3 days food festival offers Lunch with set menu including different varieties of authentic dishes from various parts of Kerala and will be served in traditional Banana leaf. The three day Food festival offers a tempting array of delectable Vegetarian dishes VAZHAI UPPER, SARKARA VARATT, PULI INJI, KADU MANGA, NARANGA ACHAR, MADHURA CURRY, VELLARI PACHADI, PAZHAM NURUKKU, KERALA PAPAD, BANANA, PAYARU THORAN, AVIAL, KALAN, OLAN, KOOTU CURRY, KAITHA CHAKKA PULISSERY, NEI PARUPPU, SAMBAR, RASAM, SAMBHARAM, ADA PRADHAMAN, CHERUPAYAR PRADHAMAN. One of the main purposes of this concept to Familiarize Kerala food to Hyderabadis during the festive season of ONAM.

The Thali is priced at at INR 499/- AI per person and the restaurant has been suitably done up with an ambience that brings the resemblances of the ethnic Kerala Style,” Said Mr. Raja (F & B Manager), Aditya park.
