Jayesh Ranjan Launched Chefs Association in Nizams City

Mr . JayeshRanjan, Principal Secretary, IT, Industries & Commerce Department, Government of Telanganawas the Chief Guests in the launch ceremony that was attended by more than 100 Chefs came from different parts of the city.

Telangana Chef’s Association, a guild of culinary professionals working at different levels representing finest hotels and restaurants with in the state of Telangana has been launched on 23rd April.

TCA is a self-governing, apolitical, non profitable voluntary organisation of culinary professionals coming from varied walks of life and specialties. TCA will be affiliated to IFCA(Indian Federation of Culinary Associations which is in turn affiliated to World Association of Chefs Societies.

The purpose of forming Telangana Chefs Association is for bringing in all the culinary professionals, Culinary Institutes, Food Industry & Food Industry Service Providers together on a single platform to create a healthy work environment, propagate varied kind of cuisines and share knowledge on new styles and practices.

Speaking on the occasion Chef DharmendraLamba has explained the objectives of TCA. He said that TCA will be a platform for all culinary experts of the state of Telangana. It will facilitate new generation chefs with most modern technologies and empower them with better knowledge and skills, he added.

Before that giving his remarks chief guest to the ceremony JayeshRanjan wished the organization a grand success in its Endeavour. He urged them to utilize the organization not only to promote culinary art of the state but also help youngsters from the state to acquire the skills thus enabling them to get employment.

Earlier speaking in the event, Chef Dr. Sounderrajan from IFCA (Indian Federation of Culinary Association) has pledged all available support from national federation to make TCA a vibrant and dynamic body that will revitalize culinary industry in the youngest state of India.

Along with Sri JayeshRanjanthe initiation / launch ceremony was attended by Chef DharmendraLamba, President;Chef Amey Marathe, Vice President; ChefNaveen,Secretary; Chief Thimma Reddy, Treasurer -all executive committee members of newly formed TCA. Further it was attended by more than 100 chefs from across the city and state of Telangana representing five star, three star hotels and finest restaurants. Several representative of food processing industry, kitchen equipment suppliers etc were also participated in the event.
